Predictive, generative and agentic AI; capabilities and limits; confidentiality, IP and bias; structured prompting; verification and safe use.

Workshop 02 • 3 hours
Find the work worth changing
Task, process and workflow lenses; customer and employee friction; augmentation, automation and autonomy; problem framing and prioritisation.

Workshop 03 • 3 hours
Design the human–AI workflow
Copilot, RAG, agent and automation patterns; human-in/on-the-loop; exception handling, feedback, failure modes, roles and technical dependencies.

Workshop 04 • 3 hours
Prove value and control risk
Baselines, value hypothesis, KPI tree, responsible AI, test design, quality thresholds, monitoring and stop-or-scale criteria.

Mobilise and lead adoption
Stakeholders, adoption barriers, product ownership, agile experiment design, executive storytelling, delivery backlog and team rituals.
